"Transformers" é uma franquia de mídia que começou como uma linha de brinquedos criada pela Hasbro e Takara Tomy. A história dos Transformers envolve robôs alienígenas capazes de se transformar em veículos, dispositivos eletrônicos e até mesmo animais. A primeira série animada dos Transformers foi lançada em 1984, intitulada "The Transformers".
