Before it's too late
Before I start I want to say something: Don't read the following words or you will die! . . . . . . We will all die one day. Another very important subject for you who write diaries and with the chance of 0.1 in 1000 you will be reading this one day. but just like this diary I'm sure no one will want to know about how cute the boy who sits two rows next to the third desk is or about the wart your cousin Jennifer had on the sole of her foot or even about how many times you went to the bathroom and what you did there. And please don't start with dear diary today... . . .It's even making me nauseous to write about it. Now that we have that clear, we are allowed to proceed. Hello. My name is Hazel Grace and I'm dying. But, I have bad news for you. So are you. The difference between us is that I'll probably end up dying sooner, my lungs don't work properly and my toes are 73.4% weirder than yours. And finally, the main difference between us is: I have less than a year to live. The coolest part of all this (or not) is that I don't know exactly how much this means. Months? Weeks? Days?
