The year is 1994. Cherry Griffin is fulfilling her dream: moving to great L.A where she can fight for an opportunity to become a famous singer. With the opening of her parents' new branch in town and her premature move, at just sixteen, she feels closer than ever to achieving her dreams. What Cherry didn't expect was that she would find in that city something that would come to matter to her much more than fame. Intrigue, disappointment and incessant moments of smiles. Perhaps Cherry's so-perfect life was about to be turned upside down. “The devil is real and it's not a red man with a tail and a pitchfork. He could be here. He can be beautiful.” This Fanfic is set in 1994, telling the story of Tate Langdon during his last year of life through the eyes of an original fictional character, Cherry Griffin. The story timeline suggested by the first season of American Horror Story has not been altered, nor have the events taken place. All scenes, character backstory and facts contacted by the show have been kept and have not been altered. Cherry does not interfere with the story of Tate Langdon suggested by the screenwriter. The character, with the proposal of this fanfic, only integrates into what has already been created. Cherry Griffin and all other characters not described in the series are my own. I tried to adapt as much as possible to the story given by the TV show. Hope you like it.
