Gabrielle é uma mulher independente, estudiosa e que não se vê levando uma vida sem trabalho e a liberdade que vive. Por esse motivo, não se dobrará para qualquer pretendente que apareça, ainda que o casamento dela seja um tópico muito importante para a mãe. Temendo colocar o seu futuro livre à prova, Elle tem a ideia de fingir um relacionamento com um velho conhecido, com quem troca muitas provocações. E esse é o segundo motivo que vai te cativar e te prender à história. É nesse momento que temos o privilégio de conhecer o Evan e o passado que envolve esses dois cabeças-dura hihih, assim como a relação divertidíssima que ambos cultivam. Narrado de forma leve e tocante, a autora coloca em poucas palavras uma essência de amor, leveza, empatia e uma pitadinha de drama que se mistura a outras cenas bem divertidas, as quais nós terminamos de ler sempre com aquele sentimento de: "acabou muito rápido, eu queria mais". Se você é fã de histórias desmembradas que se complementam, essa história é um spin-off de mais algumas que a autora já postou anteriormente. Sem contar que é uma narrativa de época, o que, na minha opinião, só deixa a história mais graciosa. Foi um prazer acompanhar cada personagem e suas particularidades, assim como ri, me emocionei e torci a cada dose diária de cem palavras muito bem escritas e cativantes. O que está esperando? Venha ser mais um admirador/a/e dessa singela drabble ♥”
