“I've been owing this recommendation since the third chapter of this wonderful fanfic, but as always I dragged my feet and took my time '-' It's difficult to describe amalgamation. The fanfic has an irresistible depth and charisma. No matter which chapter you pick up to read, each one has a special touch that makes you practically swallow the narrative because it's so good to read. Normally interactive fanfics have as a barrier the characters themselves, which made by other people end up not being used as well, this is certainly NOT the case with this fanfic, the author manages to do more than fit the characters into the plot, she manages to fit the story of them, and make them such a part of Amálgama that the reader feels like they are in the shoes of the characters. One character does not influence the brilliance of another in any way and the brilliance of both does not overshadow the plot because this author manages to leave everything completely well balanced and ready for a read full of adventures. This story has it all, I think it's impossible for anyone not to want to read it. Meire manages to mix normal teenage problems with a serious and mysterious case of murder and even introduce all of this into the universe of descendants and Disney. The writing is extremely engaging, you can't stop reading, you can't help but get attached to the characters. The author manages to make that shiver run up your spine when something bad happens, conveying the emotions and feelings of the characters, sometimes in a tragic way, sometimes in a comical way. If you're looking for a fanfic that will make you sleep and wake up thinking about what's going to happen, this is the right fanfic. In addition to ALL this, there is the fact that all events occur naturally, each thing in its own time, which in a way is bad if you are anxious like me hehe. However, this only shows the complexity and dedication of the author in remaining faithful to the events. Everything is extremely calculated, not to mention that we are talking about a fanfic that takes place in the midst of a murder, that is, in this fanfic you can do the best thing of all: LOOK FOR SIGNS AND Assemble THEORIES! There's nothing better for an investigation/drama/suspense fan than being able to look for small clues and put together theories in a story like this. The fanfic is full of emotions and there is nothing missing from it, it has romance, death, investigation, confusion, fear, anger and LOTS of SHIPPS! (This included a DIVINE gay OTP ship) Amalgam is a fanfic so incredible that it could become a book, a book that I would buy without hesitation, because let's face it people, even the cover is totally WONDERFUL ♥ So if you're desperate for a good read, don't turn your nose up at the little word "interactive" " this doesn't change anything about the story, it's completely incredible and deserves your attention o/ It seems like I'm talking about a fic that has already reached its end but folks, it still only has 15 chapters, ONLY FIFTEEN! Trust me, you'll read this story in a few hours and ask yourself, "Why the hell aren't there more?" Even more so because the author is a sweetheart and you will fall in love with her too ♥ Meire, you made my life happier with this story ♥ Anyway, I'm dying for more chapters and I'm sure that You'll be just like me when you read it. ;D”
