Porcelain And The Tramps

Lenka Volkovesque

A suburban neighborhood in the 1980s. Four bicycles. A calculator, a can to save their money. A goal, a common desire. Isabela, Clara, Sofia and Milena are only eleven years old and no one has opened their eyes enough to notice schemes that go beyond simple games. The aimless biker clubs will then have a pink kid version. An analysis of children's views of the real world, from the psychological abuse veiled under their safe roof to the dangers out on the street. Faced with brutal reality, is dream imagination enough protection for their minds?
