"I don't know what I should do Haunted by your ghost Take me back to the night we met When the night was full of terrors And your eyes full of tears When you hadn't even touched me Take me back to the night we met."
The hours passed, and at last midnight had arrived, the clock struck one by one slowly, and likewise the blue eyes closed and his mind flew away, precisely to the state of Wyoming, he was one day away from seeing Ennis again. Del Mar, after 7 months without seeing him.
Cold. The start of a new year was imminent in the state of Wyoming. The landscapes were characterized by snow-covered conifers, a sun too weak to warm the locals, a clear blue sky that brought to Ennis del Mar the saddest memories of the person he had lost five years ago. It was not possible to go back in time. But apart from Jack Twist as he was, Ennis wouldn't have the strength to face the start of that new year. So, mustering what strength he had left—or what he pretended to have—Ennis set out for the last time, alone, for Brokeback Mountain. He didn't know, however, that even after all this time he would still have his ears trained to hear the whispers of the mountain.
After 20 years, everything seems to be working out. At least in my point of view. Nothing will be that easy, I know. But... I don't think anything gets me down. No more.
