"Kvothe might not understand what was on Auri's mind, but now he was definitely beginning to understand what was on her heart." [Kvothe x Auri]
In the Four Corners there is a forest called the Eld. Within this forest exists the impossible, or more commonly known as the World of Enchanted. A second world, where in it, despite its beauty described in the tales and songs, there is also a dark and dark side. Not everything about it is Enchanted, as the name says. Outside, where men live, peace reigns, filled with new alliances here and there, which all powerful governors receive with a mixture of distrust and anxiety. But evil will always try to find a place in the world, never getting tired, and the Two Worlds will not be avoided.
Aaron lived on Endelaan until he was two years old, when his planet was attacked by the evil Chandrian group. In hopes of saving this planet's species and one day retaking it, a couple of each species were sent to Earth before it was utterly consumed by endless war and death. Aaron was the chosen boy of the Charmed Ones. He has been living alone on Earth for 13 years. He doesn't know who the Enchanted girl is or the rest of her Endelaan ones. But he wants to change that.
During Sympathy class, the skilled Kvothe challenges his teacher Elxa Dal to a duel. But the redhead's skill went beyond that duel of will, and Elxa Dal himself, naming the fire, finds in that room a distinct warmth that neither the laws of sympathy nor naming could explain.
During the night, the silence is usually more intense. Sometimes being hideous or oppressive, when everyone does their best to drive him away. In others, soft and welcome, like a confidant.
Well then, every child, adult, or anything else worth their salt must have heard the story of Iax Luckless or Jax out of luck. And who knew that such a simple story holds so many mysteries? Maybe Jax, the Moon, the Chandrian, Kvothe, and the Chronicler have a lot in common after all.
