Longing
October 20, 2014 had been a memorable day—for better or for worse. A year later, Renato was still suffering from the events of the past. Especially on that day, which should have been their wedding anniversary and not the anniversary of Augusto's death—his great and only love. He wished he'd had time to enjoy married life, to make Augusto even happier and even to say goodbye. However, the only time he had and still has is to live with his questioning, longing and pain.

“This is the second time I write this recommendation because I lost the first to click "Send" with the disconnected internet. My clutter apart, let's go to the recommendation. This story, "longing", impressed with a narrative style "story told", without speech or descriptions of momentary actions but that made it clear, to feel clearly the love and affection that involves the couple. I was glad to find a text that explores a commonly "cheerful" theme and transforms it into longing, pain and suffering. The dramatic outcome is great and the choice of not revealing the disease was advantageous, as this is not the "tale about disease x" or "Y disease". I was involved from the beginning, by the way they met. After that, their relationship warmed my heart. The marriage was unexpected to me, because it is not common to find in homosexual narratives the marriage. This recommendation is necessary because I believe that those who like love and drama stories will worship, but those who do not enjoy these genres so much will like the same way, because this tale has this power. Thank you, finally, for publishing such a beautiful story and enabling us to read and pleasure through it.”
