Ray and Devonne are two 16-year-olds with similar dreams: Going to live in Paris. While Ray lives in New York, Devonne lives in Los Angeles. In one of these coincidences, both move to Paris, managing to attend their final year of high school there. They will live in the same place and end up not getting along well at first.
