When Captain Sharon Raydor attends the Parents' Meeting at Rusty's School, she couldn't even imagine that something terrible was about to happen. A student takes a teacher hostage and threatens everyone's safety; With no better options, Sharon and Lieutenant Flynn decide to act and end up starring in a police action worthy of the cover of a magazine and suddenly, overnight, Sharon and Andy become celebrities. Commander Taylor sees all this as a good opportunity to publicize the work of the LAPD in the media and together with the mayor they organize a marketing strategy that has Andy and Sharon as main stars. Andy and Sharon now have to attend many publicity engagements together which causes the two to spend more time in each other's company and then something unexpected happens.
