The story takes place in an alternate reality, where exorcist Rosette and her companion Chrno (from the anime Chrno Crusade) disguise themselves as transfer students to investigate Yuki, Zero and the night class students.
After the war, the years passed. Chrno is gone along with the visitors and Rosette's life hangs in the balance, but she will fight until the last second to fulfill her promise to Chrno.
