You look at the cover of this fanfic and realize that it probably has little to do with the real story. If it wasn't enough to be forced to go to that stupid summer camp instead of stuffing yourself with chips and candy in front of the TV, as he always had every summer, Eric Cartman also had to put up with the insistent mosquitoes mad for his blood, the lack of friends' intelligence and, unfortunately, Wendy, but maybe, just maybe, the company of the last named wasn't as terrible as she insisted on thinking. ☆ candy. challenge: I learned something today. one-shot
The Staff of Truth is a mystical instrument that supposedly controls the universe: to have it in your possession would be to have the absolute truth about anything said and done. For decades, the instrument rested peacefully in the Elven Forest, strengthening and nurturing it for the mutual benefit of all races of all realms... Until a particularly greedy mage took the Human throne, deferring a great attack on the Forest and robbing it of the Staff. Yet for three years in possession of the instrument, no attack had been made against the Elves and their territory. The elven people were in crisis. The human people were in crisis. And a war was about to break out.
