Chihiro no longer remembers what happened in Yubaba's bathroom, however, the marks of that adventure were so deep that, although she stopped remembering, she never forgot. One of the gems that maintain the balance between the Two Worlds has disappeared and the Veil that separates them has begun to crumble. Humans begin to be able to see Gods and youkai, but none of it is good. The Veil exists to maintain balance and peace between the Worlds and without it there will only be chaos. Kohaku, helped by Zeniba, will try to find the jewel and at the same time protect Chihiro, who has unfortunately lost her memory of her adventure in the Spirit World - although the magic hasn't forgotten her either and that can lead to problems.

Chihiro doesn't remember this strange world anymore, she doesn't remember her adventures... she doesn't remember Haku. But nothing is forgotten, as there are always fragments that remind her of the past. All she needs is to remember that this wasn't just a dream, this was a calling and a prophecy that is about to be fulfilled.
"- Shall we meet again? -Yes -Promise? -I promise. Now go and don't look back" A promise for 7 years... This promise that was never fulfilled, Haku never came back.
