Vault 121

Synopsis

In 2077 the war reached its goal, and as expected the nuclear age began. The explosions tore the souls of billions in a hopeless world, ravaging with fire and pain the dream of every inhabitant of this planet, turning every smile to dust and memories. What was left of humanity was just ruins, fear, death and despair. In the next few years survival and chaos walked together in a new lawless era for the human race. Before the war ended, large shelters called "Vaults" were built to guard the rest of humanity that would be left of a destroyed and faithless world. In these shelters, many spend their entire lives without even taking a step outside. In this place they are born, live and die. This is the price for living in safety. A life excluded from what's left of the world, where all you've learned or seen in books are images of places that no longer exist, a world that has been destroyed by the very decay of human nature, by the lust for power, by greed and corruption. These shelters had different facilities and hidden objectives by the US government. Vault 121, unlike the others, has a large and complex combat training room and that's why a culture of true soldiers and warriors was developed in this place. Every soldier who stands out among the others earns respect and reputation among others. During the 205 years that passed in Vault 121, problems and defects were eventually found in its facilities, forcing its inhabitants to seek new ways of survival to repair equipment and energy systems. Despite the risks, the only possible solution was to give up his protection and seek out the few resources that lay beyond the vault's thick steel door. Resources that would make it possible to continue the vague existence of those people in a forgotten world. Faced with the problems in the facilities of the complex, it was necessary to create and prepare search groups to explore that dead land called Wasteland in search of faith and hope. This group of special people were called the "Nighthunters". Tyller is the newest member of one of the Vault 121 nighthunter teams. He has prepared himself for this moment for many years and is only minutes away from leaving this place for the first time. But what awaits him outside is much greater than his anxiety, much greater than the sublime fact of the encounter with the illusion of freedom, what awaits him will put his bravery and faith to the test and he will have to learn to live in a world destroyed by radiation and fueled by fear. War... War never changes.

The Day After Tomorrow

In the not too distant future, humanity was devastated after World War III. Few survived the damage caused by the nuclear bombs. The world has become an empty place, and what we used to call luxury has been reduced to mountains of concrete, ruins and twisted iron. Much of the planet's water and food has been contaminated with radiation. The few animal species that survived the nuclear attack mutated into giant scorpions, giant flies, giant cockroaches, and many other new species. The survivors try to do their best to stay alive, having to search for supplies, fight the mutated animals and look for a stable shelter.

It's a story about the Fallout game series. In 2077, oil shortages and rising tensions between the United States and China spark nuclear war. The attacks begin and the explosion wipes out the entire west coast of North America. The US government, as a precaution, built several nuclear shelters called Vaults, and sent US citizens to these shelters. The protagonist, Johnny Thompson, was born in one of these Vaults. More specifically, Vault 101, home to one of the capital's greatest heroes. Unfortunately, Johnny is not that hero. The story tells about the life of Johnny, an egocentric, brave and lucky wanderer, who leaves Washington for the Mojave fleeing powerful enemies, which even he can't defeat.
