Oh! The apathy of a lonely heart trapped in a reality as little colored as that of the first films to exist. Oh! Poor melancholy soul that resolute in its reality can only compose lamentations that flood its soul. Oh! Solemn boy who had only known the green of the treetops present in her eyes, in that girl who had interrupted his notes of complete sadness. [ soulxmaka ; colorblind au]
The glint in Blair's eyes should have been a warning that she should have taken more notice when the bet was offered, Maka just wasn't sure exactly how far the cat-handling skill she'd acquired in the witch's presence could go. It was amazing how amazing one night could be. [ maka centered ]
What had brought them to Death Valley was her sheer curiosity, who now seriously questioned whether her naivete in the face of the new was still worth following as an experienced guide towards the right adventure, given the high temperatures of that place. Maka just didn't count on the heat bringing back certain memories. [ makaxsoul ]
