When the actions of Morgana of Avalon cast a shadow over the wizarding world and threaten to destroy a fragile peace, Merlin is tasked with the onerous task of undoing her sister's damage and forging a new truce with the non-magical realms. Her sacrifice means putting herself at the mercy of the Great King, Arthur Pendragon. However, it is also the beginning of a union that not even the great prophecies could foresee.
In a land where there is no more myth, no more magic, a lord with a long white beard tries through his memories to return to the world where magic was the key to a new Camelot. And his name is Merlin
What would you do if everything you know didn't make sense anymore? I'm Becca and I now live in Camelot and this is the third time I've tried to fit in somewhere. But I think Camelot will do me good. Except for 3 details: I am a priestess of Avalon, in Camelot the use of magic is forbidden and King Arthur and I are in love. Of course, neither him nor Gwain and Lance, who are our friends, know who I really am. What could go wrong??
In Brittany, land of magic, four friends plan to build an academy for wizards and witches on top of a hill, but they discover the dangerous nature of common men when faced with the persecution of magic and its spellcasters. Now each of them reflects, in their own way, on their own nature and on what they consider right or wrong, but this can generate conflicts within and between them.
Merlin was stunned, and rightly so. He had never thought such a thing was possible, despite legends to the contrary. Reincarnation? How could such a thing be possible? He himself had wielded the sword forged in a dragon's breath that had defeated the High Priestess! Morgana was gone, as was Arthur, Gwen, and everyone she had once known. Yes, Merlin had achieved his immortality. So what was he destined to do in that era, in the 21st century? "In a land of myth and age of magic, the fate of a forgotten realm rests on the shoulders of an ancient sorcerer. His name... Merlin."
What would happen if Merlin decided to help Mordred when he was on the run with Kara, changing Arthur's decision? Will Camelot's future remain the same?
