Fever Dreams
Ellora used to have the perfect life: cheerleading captain, a boyfriend with a promising future in football (and who also worshiped the ground she walked on), incredible friends, and a family who gave her unconditional support. Now, however, all the magical perfection of adolescence has faded with time, and all she has left are her best friends, Ollie and Blake. So, when the couple keeps the promise they made at age 17 that she be the bridesmaid at their wedding with Miguel, her ex-boyfriend, El knows she can't refuse. Love requires compromise, right? Determined not to ruin the most important day in the lives of her best friends, Ellora will have to face a pathetic revival of high school, Miguel, classmates full of pity (well-intentioned?) and all the ghosts of your lost dreams. Nothing that continuing to pretend that everything is fine won't solve.
