It is not known when the "end of the world" took place, but for a long time the land masses changed shape, the sea level rose dramatically and the atmosphere was practically destroyed. After apocalyptic events, a nation called Panem emerged in North America and, with its growth, it was divided into thirteen districts, each responsible for a specific sector of good productions to meet the growing needs of the nation, all under the oppressive command of the Capital. Even with the districts rebelling against the Capitol, they could not defeat it. The districts were defeated, and District Thirteen was decimated and extinct. To keep everyone under the Capital's oppressive and abusive control, the Hunger Games, also known as the Hunger Games, takes place annually, where a boy and a girl from each district, aged between 12 and 18, the Tributes, compete to the death. in an arena, where only one is consecrated the victor. This is the story of the seventy-second edition.
