Thirty-five years ago the world was devastated by the Third World War and its nuclear bombs decimated peoples and nations from the face of the Earth. After treaties and peace agreements came the truces and, finally, the end of the war that had already destroyed more than half of the world population quoted at the time. As the countries that survived rose from crises and casualties, the United States of America began to design the first virtual intelligence not only capable of monitoring and guaranteeing security, but of governing the country, monopolizing the economy and guaranteeing sustenance and prosperity for decades. Soon, the SIBYL system of regency and surveillance was created. SIBYL has expanded and now not only controls all the channels and mechanisms that a government would have but also controls the life of every citizen on the planet. Each person that was born received a chip called 'Hue' that would be surgically implanted in the back of the head. This chip not only monitors the person itself, but everything they own and interact with, be it friends, job, car or home, through a special watch, the universe is fully accessible to such a user. SIBYL changed the world. And the world changed SIBYL. The world became a place where the principle that "everyone is innocent until prove otherwise" does not apply, judgment is given by the system that analyzes people's mental state and categorizes them as potential criminals or not, influential or just a burden, capable and promising or unworthy of living. SIBYL indicts, judges and prosecutes Any indication of emotional or psychological stress, anxiety or action that alters human behavior, the system detects Matiz and quickly notifies the responsible bodies.
