“The best artists have the ability to see beyond the obvious and their creations reflect the human soul with all its flaws. John Lennon was an artist who stood out, among other reasons, for his songs that in some magical way translated everything we felt. This story is a beautiful tribute to John in every way. Not only did it characterize this Beatle well, it also did what he used to do in his songs, exposing what's inside us. John is lost in a foreign country, lost within himself as he grows up and doesn't know what to do with his life, nothing is enough. It's a story about death and rebirth. A story that takes a common event to the limits of the imagination, exposing the wound that we like to ignore because we don't know how to explain it properly. It also reminds us of the best episodes of "Mad Men" in which what seems irrelevant always meant something more. In which happiness is always impossible to achieve because you don't know what it is like. I recommend this story to everyone, Beatles fans or not, the best artists reach long distances.”
