Perfect Soulmates
A certain Greek epic narrates the origin of humanity, about how in the beginning humans had two heads, four arms and four legs. They were perfect beings. Then Zeus, seized by the fear of being dethroned by men, separated them, dividing them in half. And from that moment on, all humanity was doomed to spend its life chasing its other half, its much-desired and dreamed "soulmate". Legend still says that when together, two people who truly love each other will have the power to do whatever they want. Power even to climb Olympus and challenge the gods. But of course... This is just a short story isn't it? Life is fleeting. Adrien learned this from an early age and in the worst way possible, he never knew for sure what love or friendship was, after all his father had never shown him what these feelings were and his only friend Chloé Bourgeois, was more interested in his status and appearance. than what he really was. But as a stroke of luck the boy receives a gift, gains powers and in the midst of so many struggles and daily challenges he discovers the meaning of "love". The problem? She only sees him as a friend. On the other hand, there are those who make the best out of every situation and this is Marinette, a simple girl who takes her friends' well-being as her greatest satisfaction. Marinette always knew what love was, her family never missed that feeling. But for the first time she finds herself really in love with a boy. The problem? She can't stammer a simple "hello" in her presence. In the midst of so much turmoil in their lives, so many moments of suffocation, Adrien and Marinette will realize that without a fight, you can't get anywhere. And even after so many rejections (more on the part of one than the other) who knows what fate has prepared for them? After all "if from two stones a flower is born, why isn't love born from two friends?"

“How many chapters do it take for a story to captivate the reader’s attention? For the author of this, not many. The story is at the beginning but I'm already stirring with curiosity to know the next chapter. Written in a detailed and at the same time simple way, this novel, based on one of my favorite series (even though it is a cartoon), caught my attention in a way that the only thing I can say is you, the reader who came to know My humble opinion about this fic is that there's no way you'll regret starting to read it, and even worse, you'll find yourself imagining what fate has in store for these beloved characters that I really love so much. I congratulate the author, as he deserved it.”
