“I wish I had been inspired to recommend Inlustris sooner, as I promised, but I believe that the best gestures are unexpected, surprising ones. Taking advantage of the hook, I would like to say that finding this story was a big, unexpected and wonderful surprise, since I didn't know the main couple of the plot, TomBrax, (I had already read other stories with unusual couples, in other times, but nothing that compare) and that I was terrified — well, a more appropriate term would be awestruck — by the ease of the plot and characters, which is due, of course, to the author's simple and captivating writing. It's so light and at the same time so stunning! It's something you hope the author updates every day, because it's a way for you to escape boring reality into a calming universe, where you can take refuge whenever you need it! And honestly, Inlustris has been my refuge lately. I've never read Stardust, but I've seen the film and I hope it's faithful enough to the book, as I would be a little frustrated to look so hard for a book and find out that the film wasn't worthy of it. I lack words to explain the significance that this story (and especially this shipp) came to have in my life and I even changed the at sign on Twitter in honor of the couple (hello, we have a fangirl here) and I don't regret it. I hope I find this book soon, because the anxiety is killing me. There is a meticulousness to the details that leaves anyone enchanted. As a good mystery lover, I always try to guess what is waiting for me in the next paragraphs. Sometimes I guess, sometimes I don't. It's good that I don't guess, that the signs aren't obvious, it's good that I don't know what's in the future. When a script becomes repeated, it also becomes tiring, tedious (and I am exactly the type of person who has a strong tendency to be bored, and teachers struggle to make me sit still and pay attention in class. So, It's important that I have something to distract me, even if they are simple words that bring me so much comfort). To the author, Seren, thank you. Thank you for writing Inlustris, thank you for presenting me with something so beautiful and sincere. Thank you, truly, and forgive my occasional outbursts, both of fangirl and irritating judgment, it's not a bad thing. I'm sure you're a wonderful person, even if I don't know you well. To my fellow readers, I only hope that you have an experience as captivating as mine as you embark on this adventure. Bis bald, Ly.”
