Nick was always smart. He was always sarcastic and maybe a little cynical. But nothing would prepare him for that. Bellwether fled. Doug was never really arrested. Nick is faced with a seemingly simple mystery, but one that defies his understanding. Nick Wilde's 4th rule: nothing is what it seems, and everything that is bad can get worse.
Anyone who sees me as the “predator” of this relationship definitely doesn't know it... [Nick x Judy - Humans] Credits to エリー for the cover art
Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes? Probably. This story is for people who are curious to know just that. Who said my fics come out right the first time? Who says my actors can remember every line? Who said that everything turns out the way I want? These clowns always spoil my script, you who don't know. Let's see what they got up to?
After Nick is shot in a chase, he and Judy meet two animals: a fox and a rabbit who met by irony of fate.
"Darkness... Light... Keyblade... Pathetic things aren't they? What are we without these banal things? A single heart without nothing? Why do we continue to live? In this world of darkness, it's better to be ready for the worst, or the best, depending on your point of view..."
