Sounds can change depending on the weather, one little thing can change everything. Our beginning too. It was Beethoven that we listened to in that dirty, garbage-filled apartment, and it was Mozart that we played with two pianos, in the small practice room of the college... No matter how hard it is, even if there are lonely wars... Enough to faint me, there is happiness in that. Much happiness. So I will never stop trying. Music can bring people together....
Something strange is happening with Nodame - for a change. Chiaki is worried and for some reason only Kuroki knows why. Chiaki now fights the time where he wasted the opportunity to be happy because of his insecurity.
Nodame could hardly contain her happiness, she would fulfill her biggest dream which consists of playing with chiaki in a concert conducted by him. Shinichi Chiaki in turn had prepared a surprise for her that would change her life. What will come around?
What would you say if you knew that I invited you to France with me, because I just can't live without you anymore? In my mind there are countless thoughts about you, Nodame. But, they're the only ones I can't let you know. - [Chiaki's Pov]. Fanfic to participate in a Oneshot's contest. Second place.
In the vast and indifferent fabric of space-time, where improbability is a constant and logic is rarely invited for tea, there exists the Department of Interdimensional Bureaucracy (DIB). Its purpose? To ensure that reality remains minimally functional or, at least, sufficiently confusing so that no one notices otherwise. But something went wrong. Horribly, catastrophically, fill-out-three-copies-of-reports wrong. Immanuel Breckford, a man whose greatest achievement until then was remembering where he left his keys, unexpectedly finds himself involved in one of the DIB's most catastrophic failures. Upon receiving a Temporary Ontological Adjustment Request Form 42/B, his existence is recalculated. To correct this cosmic blunder, the DIB sends Artemis Xyllan-7, Senior Auditor and specialist in metaphysical disasters. Armed with an expired stopwatch, a pen that alters probabilities, and the patience of a black hole, she has little time (and even less desire) to fix the problem before the universe decides to file Immanuel away permanently.
