Lynn was back in her old town after six years away. Or more accurately, seventy-two months away. Her memory places seemed to be divided between a sameness, which reminded her of her teenage years, and the blatant novelty. Life went on, despite her absence. Her friends moved on with their lives, just as she tried to do with hers. Despite that, they might get along again, it was only a matter of time.
