"If I could fly like crows, I would go far, far beyond these gray clouds." For Hatsune Miku, emptiness is a familiar feeling. Carrying old wounds that never healed since childhood, she spends her days at the mercy of an apathetic and meaningless life, attending a college where she has no friends; unable to envision a future for herself and plagued by seemingly unanswerable questions: Will things ever be different? Would soon she, someone so weak and lonely, be able to move forward, emerging from the shadows into the light? In music, Miku finds her only comfort; a world of her own where problems do not exist. However, fantasy can't fix her reality... ...at least, she didn't think so.

It was as the sky poured its blessings on the earth that courage came to life, and when the rain washed away the shame, her feelings surfaced, and A.A. wanted Miku to feel them too.
