Pinoko and Black Jack are a less casual couple: he, a dark and strange-looking surgeon and she a little girl with an even stranger origin, who insists on saying she is his wife. So what is the right thing to do, refuse your love, or accept it? Draw your own conclusions.

On a rainy night Black Jack and Pinoko accidentally run over a young woman, unconscious they take her to her house, but what seemed like something simple turns out to be a much more dangerous story.
