This Christmas, go towards love!
Sinopsis
Twenty-one years ago, on her only trip with her parents, Sarah Reese had had a traumatic experience. The girl, then just six years old, was rudely detained and humiliated in front of shoppers at one of Chicago's largest department stores.
It was Christmas, she had been enchanted by the colorful window and had separated from her parents. The thing only didn't take bigger proportions thanks to the interference of a young man who rescued and comforted her until her parents were brought. The boy offered her a gift as a way of apologizing for what had happened.
After that, the girl avoided fancy stores like this one for bringing the facts to mind.
During his childhood and part of his adolescence, Connor Rhodes had, before society and friends, a perfect and happy family. Special dates, such as Christmas, reinforced this impression. But the reality was quite different.
Depression made his mother take her own life when he was ten. After that, his relationship with his father got worse every day, reaching the point of making him run away not only from his father, but from everything, people and feelings, especially love.
In his memory, one of the few sweet memories he kept was the smile of a little girl he will help days before he leaves.
Years later, back in Chicago, a young resident starts messing with her feelings.
Involved in an unexpected "prison" in what is considered the most magical time of the year, these two hearts will meet again.
Would such magic be able to make them recognize themselves? If that happened, would Connor run away again, or would he surrender to the most beautiful and strongest magic known?
Let's find out together?
This Christmas, don't run from love. Go towards him!
