After young Katniss won the 74th edition of the Hunger Games, she braved the Capital of Panem and participated (and fled) in the 3rd Quarter Quell. It became the symbol of a revolution against the government... at the end of the revolution, with the death of former President Snow, the victors who remained alive, decided to make a last edition of the games...
