Any Armstrong lives in Alaska in the city of Petersburg where the 3,224 inhabitants are a small and quiet town. She lives on a ranch called Heartland, where they tend and train horses, with her grandfather Jack, her mother Jennifer, her six siblings, and an adopted brother Lex. She is a 16 year old girl whose life is turned upside down because in the past, her father Fredd mysteriously leaves the night before her 14th birthday. Nobody knows why she left, and nobody has heard from him since he left. The years passed and two months before her 17th birthday, Any and her family received the news that Fredd had been found dead in Meygo, a distant deserted beach where no one had ever dared to go because of some rumors. that the place is treacherous, as everyone who set foot there never returned. Any didn't know what to think. Has he been kidnapped? She'd lived two whole years thinking he'd just walked away, leaving the family out of the blue, without warning, without goodbye, without reason. But what if he hadn't left, but kidnapped? Two months have passed since Fredd's death, and strange things start to happen two weeks before Any's 17th birthday. Strong storms out of seasons, disappearances, some deaths... And Any, she seems to have changed, she is agitated, hallucinating, afraid, having terrifying dreams, and cuts begin to appear on her body every time she dreams of a mysterious man with violet eyes. On her birthday, she goes out for a night swim with her friends, Nina and Emma, and the three of them disappear. Any is now ruder, she can't stand being touched, she's more mysterious and always angry, and she's darker, there's something sinister in her eyes that most of the time change color for a second before they go back to normal, in at times she seems like a psychopath, and so do her friends. But nothing equals the fury she and her friends have when the full moon appears. But no one knows why, not even them, because when it dawns they don't remember anything. More deaths and sinister facts begin to happen in the small town where they live...
