The story focuses on the romance between Kyoya Ootori and Sayuri Suou Ferro (authorial character, cousin of Tamaki Suou and daughter of Piettro Ferro, one of the bosses of the current Italian mafia), but it comprehensively addresses the events within the Hosts Club and shows the main characters' relationships with others, telling a little about Sayuri's life.
