After a few years of dating, Train and Saya are happily married with their son Trevor. On New Year's Eve, when the boy is about to turn thirteen, the family plans to enjoy the night watching the fireworks. Unfortunately, his fate is drastically changed when Creed reappears, after many years on the run on a murder charge, and kills Saya. Train ends up injured in a battle with the former boss and slips into a temporary coma. Distraught, Trevor finds only one way out: go back in time and avoid this misfortune before Creed himself manages to use his time machine and kill Saya, preventing her from being born.
