The City-School is a place where Science dominates alongside Technology. Human Beings had their psychic abilities altered and with that they gained powers that vary from person to person. These Humans were given the name of Esper. Koyama Yuji is a 16 year old boy who lives in this place and like many others he is also an Esper, but he never really liked this idea of having been changed. His life was always normal until one day that he meets up with three people who call themselves Mages. Now that Science and Magic have met is where Yuji's life will take a new turn.
