“What to say about Amalgam? Honestly, I have so much to say about this wonderful story (and author) that I feel frustrated even considering the idea of forgetting to mention something. Amalgam is a scorose drabble that begins in the early years of the second generation. As the second generation is not much officially explored by JK, there is freedom for super creative authors, like Bruna, to delve deeper into this world. Rose, Scorpius and Albus remain faithful to everything we expect, and all the friendship and romance that appears throughout the story is so subtle and delicate that it satisfied all the lack of works I was into until find this fic. Because it's a drabble, it doesn't get tiring when reading, due to the size of the chapters, and despite being short, they don't give the feeling of just being a "taste" of the story, since the frequency with which the author posts is satisfactory and supplies this need that 100-word chapters leave behind. Amálgama is definitely one of the best scorose fanfics on this site, and that's why I couldn't help but recommend it, in the hope that the fic reaches more and more people and receives its due recognition.”
