In a distant land called Altador, strange events terrify the inhabitants. The Council of Twelve, which has defended the city for decades, begins a race against time to find out what is happening. Se and the heroes discover that an ancient prophecy is being fulfilled. They begin to travel across Neopia looking for their twelve "Descendants", the only ones who will be able to defend the planet from the Apocalypse.
