“This fanfic is simply brilliant, seriously! Every Whovian and Sherlockian should read it, as it is simply the best Doctor Who fanfic, the best Sherlock fanfic and, consequently, the best Doctor Who and Sherlock crossover! It explores more time travel, temporal paradoxes, finding yourself in other times and changing your own history than many episodes of Doctor Who, all with the genius of a Sherlock episode! The story itself is the most brilliant one I've ever read, but I'm not sure if I can avoid giving spoilers if I start talking about it... But I can say that it brings together, in the most brilliant way possible, the Doctor, the universe of Sherlock and the books by Sir Arthur Connan Doyle! How does this happen?! Simple (but brilliant) The Angels Take London! A story that would make BBC writers jealous and that I really think should be made into a special episode of one or both series! I could go on talking about this fanfic for hours, but I would leave out spoilers and theories about what I think will happen, so go read the fanfic because I would love to be in your shoes and not have read the fanfic yet so I can read it for the first time. time again!”

His father is most of the time drunk, spending most of the little money his mother earns, and the boy can't stand the climate that settles in that house anymore. So, upon receiving Mycroft Holmes' invitation to live with a young man with an unknown past, Watson immediately accepts. Even without knowing either of them, it sure can't be worse than staying at home. John Watson and Sherlock Holmes then begin living in the flat at 221B Baker Street, with Mrs Hudson downstairs, constantly dropping in to offer tea. The two have no idea of the ups and downs that await them, and while Sherlock tries to solve as many cases as possible in the least amount of time, John tries his best to keep his friend safe.
