When she turns 17, she runs away with expectations of meeting her closest relatives that she has never met. She discovers there's a lot more to it than they've been told and she needs to gather information as quickly as possible to find the parents and break an ancient Black Carousel curse. The problem is when she no longer knows what is real or her imagination, and who to trust.
