"Kaichou wa Maid-sama" é um mangá escrito e ilustrado por Hiro Fujiwara. Ele foi serializado pela primeira vez em 2006 na revista LaLa, da Hakusensha, e concluído em 2013 com um total de 18 volumes encadernados.
