Helga Today it's been two months, two months since the neighborhood was almost destroyed, two months since I declared myself to Arnold on top of that stupid tower, two months since he rejected me or rather didn't even consider that I could be talking seriously, today it's also been a month and three weeks since I realized the obvious, it's been a month and three weeks since I decided not to use it, but it's been a month and three weeks since I decided to give up.... Arnold. Arnold Today it's been six years, six years since she came out to me, six years since I didn't take her seriously, six years since I didn't realize the obvious, six years since I I've noticed that I love her, six years since she's been gone... since I've let her go. Letters Shortaki/ Hey Arnold

Helga Pataki is obsessed with poetry and literature. Ever since she's known herself, she's always been hopelessly in love with Arnold Shortman — her first love —, although times have changed and both have drifted apart. The hurt teenager then decided to write poems and letters to other boys, imagining she liked them. But nothing compared and the false mutual feeling was a way of forgetting the old passion. Tired, she then sought other methods to ignore anything related to love. But the quiet life had an expiration date, when letters from her are mysteriously sent to all senders, she didn't expect Arnold's unexpected return to Hillwood. Heart of Gold

Arnold was the golden boy, according to the people of Hillwood. Helga had a heart of gold, according to the people of the Green Eyes. In two different ways, the two were full of good intentions. Helga would learn to be better with others; Arnold, better for you. But both would understand that for love there is the right time and place.

lucky girl

Sometimes it's funny how fate tends to act with certain people, Helga knew that very well given her ups and downs, however, one thing was certain in Pataki's mind. She would never stop loving Arnold. Never, under any circumstances. All she wanted was to be his girl, the one who would never let him go. [ arnoldxhelga ]
