Cant Stand The Heartache

Genres & Atmosphere
We were facing the 80s. 1987, more precisely. Los Angeles was buzzing, with its hundreds of bands still underground and its girls - and boys too! - with too much hairspray and lacking in morals. The nights were always wild, watered by the trinity of sex, drugs and rock n' roll everywhere, nightclubs and strippers, which in turn were many and all crowded. I was 20 years old at the time, in my freshman year of college, and I had finally won my freedom. He lived with Rachel Bolan and the rest of her band, Skid Row, for lack of money and a place to live. Living with them still wasn't what I'd expected, but it was better than coming home and proving to everyone that I'd failed.
