Adventures in Madrigal is a light story, so the only real warning is its violence. In case anyone who has never played Flyff, I will be explaining in detail some meanings of unknown names. In this first chapter, these are the main meanings: Mercenary: Class that knows how to handle one-handed swords or axes, with or without a shield. Knight: one of Mercenary's evolutions, it is characterized by wearing metallic armor and carrying mounts (giant swords) or two-handed axes. Assist: Class whose main objective is to benefit others with its healing abilities, but can also carry a kind of wooden boxing glove or fist to deal damage. Madrigal or Roika: World where fanfic takes place.

In the vast and indifferent fabric of space-time, where improbability is a constant and logic is rarely invited for tea, there exists the Department of Interdimensional Bureaucracy (DIB). Its purpose? To ensure that reality remains minimally functional or, at least, sufficiently confusing so that no one notices otherwise. But something went wrong. Horribly, catastrophically, fill-out-three-copies-of-reports wrong. Immanuel Breckford, a man whose greatest achievement until then was remembering where he left his keys, unexpectedly finds himself involved in one of the DIB's most catastrophic failures. Upon receiving a Temporary Ontological Adjustment Request Form 42/B, his existence is recalculated. To correct this cosmic blunder, the DIB sends Artemis Xyllan-7, Senior Auditor and specialist in metaphysical disasters. Armed with an expired stopwatch, a pen that alters probabilities, and the patience of a black hole, she has little time (and even less desire) to fix the problem before the universe decides to file Immanuel away permanently.
The world they knew no longer exists. Now, all the survivors live in a refuge created by a scientist who died in an attempt to save humanity from something that even he cannot explain. Five years later, his son Victor, who managed to be saved when he was fourteen, and his friends set out to search their new city, which the survivors dubbed the 'New Order'. The quest, which once seemed to be just for fun, turns out to reveal a secret that sparks new hope for the survivors.
Allan is a boy who, since his mother's death as a child, has created a world where only he lives and makes his own rules, but with graduation approaching and the fear of spending the rest of his life alone, he decides it's time to take a risk and get to know the world you've been avoiding for so long.
In Hawkins, things rarely disappear for good; they change shape, location, or name and keep circulating under the guise of normality. In the summer of 1985, the town is still awash in color, music, and activity, while small inconsistencies remain scattered among ordinary events, unfinished stories, and coincidences that seem to linger longer than they should. For someone who came here hoping to find nothing but distance, the place begins to take on a strangeness that is difficult to pin down, as if something were always slightly out of place, too close to ignore and too obscure to name.
