“I recommend this fanfic to anyone looking for a story that reminds them of the universe of The Selection, but is also different from anything they've ever seen! Both the plot and the characters are of excellent quality. There are cases where when we look for a fanfic about The Selection, right from the synopsis, we can tell that it's going to be more of the same; as if there were a pattern to be followed when writing the story. But I can speak for myself that, from the synopsis of Avalanche, the author managed to capture me with her writing.
