The Return to the North - HIATUS

Synopsis

To Elizabeth Gaskell's faithful readers, I want to bring a not too long story that is a continuation of such a beautiful work as North and South! It was time to return to the place that made her new home, Margaret, but not only, after three years, even the bravest hearts can reconsider old passions when they have remained unchanged!

I Need To Go

When Margaret finds herself without her father and away from her brother, Mr. Bell insists that she move to London with the Lenoxes, her aunt arrived in town and hated Milton deeply, we all know that, we also know that Margaret visited her few friends one last time and couldn't help but take one of the deceased's books. father even her most attentive student, but she needed more than leaving a memory of her father with mr. Thornton, she needed to tell him the truth.

A new North and South

After 125 years of Elizabeth Gaskell immortalizing Margareth Hale and Mr. Thornton in North and South, were two people born who you would have sworn would be the living copies of Gaskel's main characters, but destined never to meet or does lightning not strike twice in the same place?

O Bug do Milênio

A photography student opens a metal box forgotten at the back of his grandfather's closet. Inside: old negatives, notebooks his grandfather never let anyone read, a sheet music dedicated to someone no one in the family knows, and a little red beanie that, after thirteen years stored away, is still warm. The grandfather can no longer travel. The answers stayed in the North, in a village that may not even exist anymore. So the grandson goes in his place, in the middle of the Círio de Nazaré, with a camera, a best friend who refuses to stay home, and the feeling that some photos hold more than they show. Twelve photos. Eleven empty places. And what was left out of the frame.
