Greg Heffley (Zachary gordon) is 13 years old and has the same problems as most kids like him. "normal", suffer: not popular. with friends who are not among the most admired of the crowd and sharing the beard corridors, he only has one certainty: elementary school is the dumbest thing there is. but there is a detail: he records all his routine at school and also with his family in a diary.
Now that I'm free from the nightmare after that crazy trip I had, I'm now going to the water park with my best friend Rowley.

The eighth year has arrived, and with it news in every aspect as well. Layla Klands, a typical girl who turned thirteen on 01/04/2014 - that is, during her vacation - receives from her Aunt Daya a gift that at first seems to be much more than boring for having to "write", and complained about having spent time and time in the classroom doing this. After her birthday really wanted to write a little bit, she got a little pissed off about her costume. Layla Klands and her best friend Nicolett Drummont have a mission for this Levite year: to become stars. Music stars? Popular girls at school? Who knows what these two will do.
In this adventure Greg and Rowley are ready to find out who is the killer that is killing several people in the city.
This time, Greg Heffley will have an adventure when he finds out that his mother is pregnant with a girl.
