Catherine is a detective who decides to take a pre-honeymoon with her fiancé, Evan Marks, who is about to open a restaurant. The destination Verona, stage of the story Romeo and Juliet. Only Evan is more interested in visiting his suppliers than spending time with his own fiancée. Catherine, to distract herself, meets with a group called Secretaries of Juliet who answer the letters addressed to Juliet Capulet. While helping the volunteers, she finds a letter written in 1957 from a lady named Claire. Catherine responds to the letter, but did not imagine that Claire accompanied by her grandson Vincent would go to Italy to find Lorenzo, Claire's true love. FINISHED.

When she was 5, Catherine Chandler met Vincent Keller, in the small town of Laguna Beach, he was also five. When the two turned 18, Catherine was accepted to Harvard University, while Vincent was accepted to the University of California. Over the years, they lost touch, Vincent graduated from Medicine and found a great job opportunity in Canada, while Catherine got a job at the NYPD (New York Police Department) and started writing books on Criminal Investigation, being very well known around the world. Vincent goes to New York for a new job at the Hospital over NY, because of an affair, the two are reunited after 10 years and the feelings of the past come back.
