“I'm not Chat Noir anymore, I'm Chat Blanc!” The sound of the icy voice echoed in Marinette's mind. The biting wind of a destroyed Paris made the hairs on the back of the girl's neck stand on end. “But I fixed everything! I…”-she was interrupted with a cruel laugh. “No M’lady, you haven’t solved anything!” — NO! - Marinette woke up from the nightmare. She felt her hands shaking and tears welling up in her eyes. After her trip to the future with Bunnix, Marinette couldn't sleep a night without being awakened by horrible nightmares about Chat Blanc. Exhausted, mentally and physically from sleep deprivation, she discovers that the presence of a certain black kitten makes her relax in a way she hasn't been able to for weeks. But approaching Chat Noir was a risk she wasn't sure she was willing to take. Preserving her secret identities has never been more important than it is now. “What we do to prevent the future, turns out to be exactly what makes it happen.” She had a list, and she needed to see to it. 1- Adrien can't find out that I'm Ladybug; 2- Hawk Moth cannot discover our identities; 3- Chat Noir can never find out I'm Marinette; 4- I can't fall in love with Chat Noir. Little did she know that some items were doomed from the start.

“Literally the best and most captivating story I've ever read in all these years of reading fanfics! In addition to the author (our dear Bru) being a sweetheart, who treats readers so well that we really feel like close friends with her, the affection put into the story is so much that we feel it in every letter, word, sentence and paragraph of every chapter, the characters' personalities were faithfully maintained and could easily be confused with the description of an episode of the series itself. Not to mention the frequency that she faithfully maintains, and the prior notices in case she has to reduce it or not post for a while, unlike many authors who only appear twice a year and don't explain anything to us . In all my time reading fanfics of the most diverse genres, I have never felt what I feel in this one, not just the story - even though it is the first story that I really freak out about and am eagerly awaiting the next chapter. - but also from the author and, oddly enough, from the readers themselves, it's as if I were in a room full of friends watching a film and commenting along with them, I read each comment and laugh while I respond too. It's an intensity I've never felt before from a story, and the only thing that saddens me is the fact that when it ends, I'll probably never find a fanfic again that makes me feel this whirlwind of emotions again.”
