What if, in Panem, hidden from the rest of the world, there was a district that gathered people capable of doing... Magic. What if, two millennia after the events of the Second Wizarding War, Hogwarts had "taken over" the wizarding world and become the only school of wizardry and witchcraft in the entire world, including Panem. What if, even today, all of Panem's magical children gathered in one district, which is responsible for solving magic problems for the Capitol. Children in this district were allowed to stay out of the Hunger Games due to the ease they would have in winning them. But does this save them from similar problems?
