Time passed everyone from the cartoon Clarence the Optimist got older!. Certain things are not going to change in Clarêncio's life even though he is now 16 years old and is in his first year of high school. He and his friends are still together, but during the story they will get to know a little more about the hard life in adolescence (But Clarence will still continue with that behavior of Excess Optimism, but with time he starts to mature). They will meet three new people who will end up winning over and becoming best friends with them, since they attended elementary school together, but they almost never spoke.
