It's Christmas and Emmett McCarthy is alone, tired of the lively mood, tired of red and green, and more than ready to hide in the kitchen and solitude to escape her family and her questions. What he didn't expect is that a beautiful Christmas surprise would appear so suddenly at his door and completely change his night.

“╰⊱♥⊱╮Incredible became a small and almost futile word after this story! The first story I read by the author... I felt like I was watching in delightful silence in my room a Christmas film that I had waited so long to be released! Incredible descriptions of the characters and I especially loved an important detail about Rosalie that I rarely see any writer include! This definitely won my heart! I was even able to glimpse Emmett's movements around the professional kitchen and the sounds of the food being prepared, it was incredible, I could even imagine him cutting the ingredients on the cutting board! They're both so... In a basic sense, "Cool"! No bitter Rosalie from the beginning (even with Emm's past, of course, but still, he doesn't treat people badly because of what happened!) And the cheek part?! Oh what was that?! Oh damn! I can't, I'll have to 'say' it again, A M E I! And all of Emmett's dissertation afterwards?! It was really incredible, I felt like Rose and I were absorbing every word he said! It was surreal! Not to mention the ending! Aah, what an ending! Can you believe I was scared too?! Wow, what magic must the author use to transport me so intensely into the story?! Each time I was surprised more and the outcome became lighter, you know? No, and I felt tremendously sad about the ending, but damn, I wanted to know about the whole development of their first relationships and what their next Christmas would be like... Oh, oh; In fact, it wouldn't even need to be next Christmas, right lol, it could be Easter, Thanksgiving, or even the country's independence day! Just to have the delicious taste of cherries between them again! And I conclude this acclaimed recommendation, agreeing in real time, in total harmony with the outcome (can you believe it?!!) ; maybe storms weren't so bad after all! ╰⊱♥⊱╮”
